foreskin question and sorta info.?

hey im Brian and im 15. i been recently been awared of that foreskin was suppose to come back at least behind the head (if not circumcised which is my case) and so i had never pulled back my foreskin in my life... ever! and after that i started searching up alot of stuff and found alot of topics and finally found a problem like mines (took me 5 months to find the info) and so it can be found on wikipedia under preputioplasty (the imagine and the picture isnt mines -.-) so as you can see there is a sorta of small belt at the beginning of the foreskin that when you retract start squeezing so it has a limit. but im not scared about that it leaves eventually but the problem is that when im hard the skin doesnt retract behind the head but it half of half the head and i want to find out a technique on how to help it strech a little bit more so i can full pull it down. thank you in advance.
p.s: now i do clean and everything. (lack of father in childhood) =[....

One other person put very well. You are growing up, and quite normal at this point. The link below has info. about stretching.
Look, as long as you have no pain when erect, and no pain when masturbating, then everything is just fine. The skin will naturally stretch as you continue to w8nk, and as you grow. If later things become painful or that ring of tissue becomes tighter, then see a doctor about a plastic procedure that allows that ring of tissue to expand.
You can also use a skin moisturizing cream to w8nk with, and that will help the skin expand. Vitamin E oil rubbed into the ring of thick material will help it soften as well. Put that on at night after your w8nk.
