Is Impersonating an Officer in Ohio a misdemeanor or a felony?
What is the maximum jail time/fine?
Would it still count if not carrying a gun or an actual police badge, just a "Security" Badge. but wearing a duty belt, carrying pepper spray, Handcuffs, a Flashlight and wearing the state trooper-style (not actual issue) slacks and shirt.
Also, if you were not committing a crime, rather just using it for a few laughs would it count?
